Ms. Manning attended Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana-Monroe) majoring in Elementary Education. She has been employed in the legal profession since 1978, first as a legal secretary and then as a Paralegal for the past 25 years specializing in litigation and medical malpractice defense. She is a past President of the Louisiana State Paralegal Professionals (LANEL). She is a licensed Notary Public. Ms. Manning is a member of the staff of the Monroe office.
