William P. Self grew up in Bossier City and is a May 2013 graduate of Louisiana State University, where he received a B.S. degree in Finance. In May 2016, he received his J.D. degree with honors from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. Upon graduation he served as a law clerk for Judge Robert P. “Bobby” Waddell and recently for Judge Erin Leigh Waddell-Garrett of the First Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish

In August 2018, William joined the firm as an associate. He is the resident associate in the new permanent Bossier City office which was established in 2018 to better serve the Firm’s Northwest Louisiana clients. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association, and the Bossier Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Self’s areas of practice include general legal defense, employment law matters and school law.
