Mr. Jones is a native of Monroe, Louisiana, and joined the firm’s Monroe office in 2023. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2011, where he was a published member of the Loyola Law Review and earned Law Excellence Awards for the highest grade in Moot Court and Louisiana Civil Procedure. Following law school, Mr. Jones served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Hayes, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

Mr. Jones’ areas of practice include commercial litigation and transactions, insurance defense and school law. He has significant experience in workers’ compensation defense and oil and gas litigation.

He is licensed to practice in all trial and appellate courts in the State of Louisiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
