The firm’s special education section provides a defense to school districts in connection with due process hearings, State level administrative complaints, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) complaints, and lawsuits in both state and federal courts in Louisiana. Members provide in-service training for school districts and other personnel concerning the various procedures and laws involving special education students and services.
