Diversity and Inclusion

Our clients benefit from varied viewpoints and perspectives. At Hammonds, Sills, Adkins, Guice, Noah & Perkins, we value the insights and contributions of people from all backgrounds. This makes our team stronger and improves our ability to represent wide-ranging clients.

Our attorneys have lived in cities big and small. We have vast experience litigating plaintiff and defense personal injury matters. We have represented state entities and political subdivisions, worked at non-profit firms and large law firms. We have represented parents, students, and school boards. We have served in the military and taught in public schools. The depth and breadth of our collective experience benefits all of our clients.

We are more than merely numbers. We bring a diverse worldview. There is representation of minorities and women at all levels of our firm, from staff to associates to partners. Diverse attorneys hold important positions in the leadership and management of the firm. Outside of the firm, our diverse lawyers make a difference in their communities and the legal profession

Our firm also regularly supports organizations that advance diversity and inclusion, serving as a co-sponsor of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Annual Diversity Conclave and related efforts or various civic involvement supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Our attorneys are participants, speakers, and leaders in local, state, and national affinity bar associations including the Greater Baton Rouge Louis A. Martinet Legal Society (two term president), Louisiana Chapter of the Louis A.
