The LSBA (Louisiana School Boards Association) hosted a three-part CLE series regarding persons with disabilities. One of HSAG's asssociates, Dr. Wayne Stewart, presented during the first part of this series, titled "Special Education Law 101: Student Rights and School Responsibilities". The CLE was held September 24th, 2016 at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA.
Wayne drew upon his extensive experience in the fields of education, psychology and law to provide an in-depth look at Special Education law in an ever-changing legal environment.
