On November 14, 2012, in Crockham v. Thompson, et al, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a unanimous jury verdict and trial court judgment in favor of a physician accused of medical malpractice following the death of a patient.  The jury verdict exonerated the physician of medical negligence in spite of an adverse Medical Review Panel Opinion.  The defense of this matter was handled by Elmer G. Noah of the Monroe office.
