Jay Mitchell recently spoke at the Small-Town Mayor’s Conference hosted by the Louisiana Municipal Association. The conference took place at the Civic Center in Minden and hosted attendees such as mayors, aldermen’s, and clerks from towns and villages across the state. Jay presented to 47 sitting mayors on the topic of “Trash Court: An Option for Louisiana Municipalities.”
