His education began at Duke University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1988. Wayne then secured a Master of Arts in 1991 and in 1994, Wayne added a Ph.D. to his credentials, both degrees from LSU. This culmination of years of dedication and diligence demonstrated his comprehensive grasp of matters beyond the legal realm. However, recognizing the power of legal advocacy to effect positive change, Wayne’s journey eventually led him to Loyola University New Orleans, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006.
