Benjamin’s contributions to the legal discourse are evident through his publication titled “Conflicting Results: The Debate in Louisiana Courts Over the Proper Method of Appellate Review for the Inconsistent Verdicts of Bifurcated Trials,” which was featured in the Loyola Law Review in Winter 2010.

After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Louisiana State University in 2007, Benjamin’s dedication to legal excellence led him to Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011. During his time at Loyola, he earned accolades through his contributions to the Loyola Law Review and was honored with the Law Excellence Awards for achieving the highest grade in Moot Court and Louisiana Civil Procedure.
Following law school, Mr. Jones served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Hayes, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
