K. Kyle Celestin’s practice areas include many of the complexities of law: Insurance Defense, Governmental Contracts and Affairs, Construction Law and Litigation, Employment Law, and even Civil Litigation Defense. Kyle’s versatility and adaptability have set him apart, allowing him to provide legal solutions for a wide range of scenarios.

In January 2023, Kyle was appointed the City Attorney for the City of Central. His commitment and dedication to his community shines through in this role as he advises the City of Central Mayor and other city personnel in a wide variety of issues such as code enforcement, drafting city contracts, city ordinances and resolutions. 

Kyle is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Louisiana City Attorney Association. Beyond his legal exploits, his involvement in the community speaks to his character. As a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2807 and the Pastoral Council for St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, he embodies the values of service and integrity.

Kyle is a graduate of Redemptorist High School. From there, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2010. After scaling this crucial academic stepping stone, Kyle went on to earn his degree from Southern University Law Center in 2016.
