Daniel B. Conway

Mr. Conway received a B.A degree in International Studies and Spanish in December, 1998 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned a M.A. degree in Education August, 2009 from Columbia University in the City of New York. He received his J.D. degree in May, 2016 from Southern University Law Center, Baton Rouge and was a published author and Legal Writing CALI award recipient. Prior to law school, Mr. Conway was a licensed history teacher in New York City and New Orleans. He also was a teacher in Japan and in the Peace Corps in Nicaragua.
Mr. Conway joined Hammonds, Sills, Adkins & Guice as a clerk in May, 2015 and then as an attorney in October, 2016. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana Courts, State and Federal, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. He works in the Baton Rouge office and his practice includes matters related to general defense litigation, workers’ compensation, and school law.
